Siema, chciałem zapytać jakie suplementy warto brać na siłownię.
Aktualnie biorę:
– Zestaw witamin
– Omega-3
– Kreatyna

Co jeszcze ma sens dorzucić?  Trening 2–4x w tygodniu. Dzięki za opinie.
